confusion!!
The Skywards website says " your skywards miles will be reset to zero after one year"....
but then it provides a date of expiry for my miles that is almost two and a half-years from now? contradictory or just something i don't understand?...
i know that the tier miles are set to zero each year but the skywards accmlated miles too?
Secondly, an advertisement on the website tells that you can get upgrades for as low as 5,000 miles...whereas the skywards website indicates upgrades STARTING from 15,000 miles?...
A noob!
