Can anyone suggest an easy way to checking for business class upgrade availability? There must be an easier online way to checking than calling the service centre each time? I am trying to upgrade my parents travelling in late november but there is no availability now but I expect some to come up closer to the time.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I use expertflyer.com
you can set up to 20 flight alerts.. which will check constantly (seems like hourly) for upgrade availability.. once one is found you get an email saying there is an availability. you can set it to find any number of seats available.. in your case.. it will only email if there are 2 seats available.
costs 9.99 a month for unlimited checks.

What I dont understand with Expertflyer is: If I need 2 seats and I set an alert for 2 seats and there are suddenly 3 seats available, then it will not show up right? The alert is not set for "more than 2" right?
Thus, it would mean I need to set an alert for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 (7 being the highest number shown)..

if you request 2.. and suddenly 5 become available.. i'm pretty sure you will still get notification letting you know 2 seats are available.
