I have never flown the 738 in C class, but I guess there is no limited recline (I think (or I hope) that LY makes sure that the C seats don't have limited recline)

I think one could honestly say that ALL of the C class seats on EL AL's 738s have limited recline, at least as compared with the 767, 777, 744 aircraft. It's OK for short flights, but not much good for sleeping.

plane then the answer is that 13 is the same as the others.
As vs others, it should be the same as 757, but much more limited vs 767, 777 and 744.

Seat Guru indicates that row 13 has limited recline due to the bulkhead behind the row. http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/El_...ng_737-800.php
