Moveable Armrests on 767

Does anyone know if the AISLE armrests in Economy on the EL AL 767-300 and 767-200 can be moved up and down?
As most people here are no doubt aware on many aisle seats there is a button on the bottom of the armrest that unlocks it and allows you to raise it. Is that the case on these planes? If so, do you know if it is for all aisle seats or just in certain rows and if in certain rows, which ones?
