Recharging your computer at TLV
I discovered a little secret when I flew out of TLV this week which can be very helpful if you are not going into one of the lounges.
Every departure gate has a place where you can recharge your computer (or any other electrical device, assuming that it can take 220 v).
Look along the bottom of the walls and you will see what looks like the door for a fuse box. Instead of fuses inside, there are two electrical sockets (apparently for use by the cleaning staff's vacuum cleaners, etc.)
These doors have locks on them but none of them are actually locked and nobody will say a word if you plug in your computer.
