I have just posted a new Trip Report on the relevant forum. It reports on EL AL's First Class from LHR to TLV and details some problems requiring pretty urgent attention ...

Thanks for a nice trip report Mike.
I would have titled it differently though, as when I read "new First Class trip report" I assumed it was a report on the new 777 First class...
Also, I think it's about time you joined the rest of the world and got yourself a camera phone! (With flight safe mode of course...)
