Problems at El Al Paris

Hello,

I bought my ticket on the El Al website which really need some improvements. I'm a Air France Silver Flying Blue member and was quite surprised that I couldn't book several tickets with different prices (youth+adult). But that's not the point of my post.

My VISA card was refused (second surprise) on the website, so I called the El Al Office in Paris with my reservation code. I gave them my Amex and I expected to receive my e-tickets a few minutes after my call.

Three hours later, I called back asking if everything was OK with my Amex. The girl told me that I have to wait 10 days before the treatment of my request.

How could a serious airline can deal with money like that ? (at first i thought it was for security reasons, but i understood that it was just a question of organization...)

A serious airline, one taking care of its customers and treating them as such, would definetely not deal like that.

But LY has never been able to develop a friendly and helpful a nd respectful attitude from its employees towards the customers. There are many wonderful and polite and very friendly employees, but the general impression given by the airline remains in general negative.
