Is El Al the best option for Tel Aviv to Berlin in May
my mother will be traveling and options are kind of limited.

Please define best option - time or price?
LY is the only one to fly this route nonstop but there are other airlines that fly there via their hub and might be cheaper. OS has an excellent 30 minute connection via VIE to TXL.

1. LY doesnot fly to Tegel, they fly to Schonefeld (SXF) in Berlin.
2. Check with Israir as well, or maybe Hapag Llyod will return to fly the route in May.
