Elal emails that work?
On Oct 15 I sent email to [email protected] & [email protected] in regards to getting credit for a Delta flight flown on Elal. No response. On Oct 29 I forwarded the email to [email protected] & [email protected] - and again its been 8 days with no response.
Is anybody home? Is there some other mailbox that does work? Or do I have to resort to 1999 technology and mail them the boarding pass and letter?

So I sent an email to LY using the [email protected] which was on the back of my card last year. The mail server bounced the mail. I used the website form to complain about the bounce and was told that since they have forms on the website now they have shut down the email address. Fair enough but figured I'd check my current card which is valid until the middle of 2010. It has an email address of [email protected] and guess what... it bounces as well. Couldn't they have enough professionalism to at least put on an auto-response notifying the sender that the email is no longer used and directing to the URL on the website?
