I'd actually discussed this over a year ago with my travel coordinator. I think that there is a place for such a forum though obviously not directly related to FlyerTalk. I dont participate in any of the Hebrew forums around but can imagine that there would be a good deal of interest as there are plenty of FFers in Israel.
The reason that I wouldn't participate is that I find it annoying to read Hebrew on a computer screen.

I think the only way this would work is if it is part of Walla or Tapuz or some other successful forum site.
