i recently flew on Ly 075 from tlv-hkg in Business class. while the flight itslef was alright i was hoping that i would be able to plug my laptop into the seat to charge it. According to the website each seat has "a connection point for laptop computer (a personal 15V connection at each seat on 777 aircraft and adapter plugs for the asking for other connections)". I use an apple ibook and while the elal staff told me they have the connectors for it, they were unable to find it on the flight. My question is it even worth anything for me to complain. there is no email address on the website so i would have to call them. should i expect anything from them?
