Anyone here...?

Well, 2 posts here in the past 48 hours (one of them mine...)
I think the FT server can't cope

Kind of proves my point in the earlier thread I posted a few days ago.

Maybe we should encourage people to post threads that are not necessary directly relating to LY, g-d knows everyone send OT posts on the BA site all the time.
Could be questions about Hotels in Israel etc...? What do you think?

Yeah, or rumors about new routes:

TLV-AKL (772LR, load restrictions)
TLV-YVR (772ER)
TLV-ANC(772ER,seasonal)
TLV-SCL(772LR, load restrictions)

and of course, the all time favorites:
TLV-CGK
TLV-DPS (seasonal)
TLV-KUL

P.S If LY can get 5th freedom on SCL-AKL, we can have the second RTW airline after NZ @:-)

None of the routes I listed we real. I was trying to show there is not much to talk about here. I guess I am not to good at being saracastic...

You forgot the TLV-BEY with a regional jet (most likely F-15)

That will be an Israir route on ATR-72 - Their pilots, like the TV ad said, were also in the Israeli air force, they can find their way easily

Seriously, I think LY should start a x2/3 weekly n/s service to SFO (similar to the LAX service. If they can time it correctly to fit the work week for people travelling both SFO-TLV and TLV-SFO, it can be a cash cow for them. Good combination of business, leisure and cargo. Should also have less payload restrictions than LAX.

I'm just waiting for TLV-DAM, followed closely by TLV-RUH, TLV-DXB, TLV-MCT, TLV-BAH, etc.

And what about TLV-GZA once they get the airport back up and running? Let's hope it *will* happen sometime in the future...

Even in an ideal world, wouldn't you rather drive from TLV to GZA rather than spend all that time at the airports?

Not if you are in the airport already (Assuming TLV can be a hub)
