This thread has now been going for 6 years!
Has anybody actually managed over these years to guest somebody in or be guested in?

I assume very few, which makes me wonder if this thread is still justified as a sticky.

Don't see why not keep it going even if it's only once in while one actually manages to guest someone in or to be invited.

Over the 6 years the thread has been running, how many times have you been asked to be invited in, and how many times have you been successful?

I'd say around 5 times.

I tried the whole guesting thing a couple times in LHR, but now I just consider it too much trouble and don't bother trying to guest people in any more. Sometimes I'll take in a coworker, if I know we'll be there at the same time anyway, but I don't advertise it.
