LY points from Hilton problems

Do any of you matmid members use Hilton to post points to your LY account?
I've done several stays with my El Al number as the miles partner, they entered it as TL######.
The points have never posted to LY...

anyone have any experience in this regard?

I have NEVER had points credited to my EL AL account for Hertz car rentals. I give my number every time and it gets registered on their computer, but the points never seem to get there.

its really quite annoying...
I'm doing it because partner points don't expire, and I have little other way to get points into LY...

haniboo - did you give them the letters+numbers, or just the numbers?

I've never had the slightest problem in getting partner points credited on El Al.

Incidentally, that includes Hertz, Avis, and Budget car rentals as well as Visa CAL and Visa Leumi.

yep, they said it wouldn't take just the numbers... I thought that might be the problem, they told me they did send them to LY, I don't know how LY gets them but they SHOULD be able to see them anyways, even if its an excel spreadsheet!

I have never had problems with VISA CAL, nor with American Airlines. However, car rentals never seem to work. I have never bothered that much because you get so few points anyway, but I have used Sixt and Hertz many times, and my membership number has been entered, printed out on the receipt ... and never were any points credited to my Matmid account.
