787 Premium Bulkhead
Does row 10 (Premium Economy Bulkhead) have foot rests? Obviously to seat in front of them, but maybe they pull out of the chair like AA?

Also -- any extra leg room in Row 10?

Yes there is a foot rest
yes there is additional leg room

I agree regarding the row 10 seats on both sides (A & B; H & K). But what about the 3 seats on the middle? Do they also have extra legroom? Better than rows 11-13 A & B; H & K?

Yes - the same applies to the middle block. I'd take an aisle in row 10 in the middle block over any other aisle seat.
