Help with seat selection, B737

Any advice will be appreciated.

El Al (formerly UP) flight, end of March, on a B737-800 aircraft, economy flex.

Class: Economy Flex (U)
Operated by: WET LEASE ON BEHALF OF EL AL
Marketed by: EL AL ISRAEL AIRLINES
Baggage: 1PC (4)
Booking status: OK (1)
Fare basis: ULF3IER

I am very tall, extra leg room is a must.

Rows 21 to 27 are shown as extra leg room seats and incur an additional cost.

We are currently in 45 H+J (exit row, no additional cost). I am trying to see the surcharge for rows 21 to 27, but the Web site does nothing (just hangs) when I try to select those seats. Does anyone know:

1. - How much is the surcharge for rows 21 to 27?
2. - How big is the additional leg room in those rows?
3. - Does row 21 (probably facing the wall) have as much additional leg room as rows 22 to 27 where one's leg may be extended under the seat in front of us?

Thanks in advance!

Row 45 is certainly where you want to seat.

Thanks. I have looked at seatguru. We are keeping row 45.

Rows 28-32 are present on the El-Al seat map, but according to seatguru, they do not exist...

Seatguru has the regular LY 737-800 and not the "UP 737-800".
I would keep row 45.
The best seats are 21 ABC

Oh joy. A high-density 737... We will definitely keep the exit row. Tanks for all the replies.
