No, has to do with stupidity.
My flight from JFK left almost an hour late. 15 minutes before scheduled departure we had not begun to board. The reason was— the crew wasn’t here yet! I get they all come together, by van from their hotel- but what idiocy delayed them and what other company would stand for this nareshkeit.
