Performance on the JNB route.

I flew to JNB from LTN via TLV in Business with LY. The LTN-TLV was packed with people whilst my onward flight to JNB was empty. Is there any point of this flight continuing? Most people fly to JNB from TLV via ABB or IST. Should'nt LY start a route to MAN especially after Monarch closed down???

I recently looked at flight options TLV-CPT, while LY has no benefit on this route compared to ET, they charge about 1.5-2 times more, and don't even fly daily...

Are you basing this on one data point? From my limited experience, they have always managed to sell every last seat of their God-forsaken 767s on the JNB flights.
