Confusing Cancellation Policy
Hi all,
I've just booked a flight on El-Al which is less than a week away. During booking it said "in most cases cancellations are permitted free of charge" which I understood to mean it's a refundable ticket if I need to cancel my trip.
But the ticket comes with a link saying that cancellations have to be submitted in writing within 14 days of booking and 7 days before travel.
At booking it said C class, but in the email it says D class.
Either way, does anyone know if this ticket is refundable before travel or not?
Thanks,
EPA

Thanks
Solma you were right. Refundable/changeable before departure and with a hefty fee if you miss the first segment.
Had to call all them to get a straight answer.
