el al cargo

Anyone ever use it to ship personal items?

I have about 350 pounds worth of stuff I need to bring on a trip (some heavy books and some sports equipment, bikes).

how did you find the experience?
Pricing?
drop off and pick up?
any customs issues for those coming in on tourist visas?

If I were you I would just use one of the established shipping companies and not work directly with any one airline.
