OLCI (On Line Check In) issues
Is it only me or is there really a problem with LY OLCI?
I have tried it for both inbound and outbound flight, and it didn't work.
It only worked on my Iphone.
What about you?

OLCI worked fine for me last week . . . HOWEVER:
Very often, I will go through the whole process, enter all the info, etc., and then, at the very end, the system fails to properly render the Boarding Pass. Even the e-mail I get from the OLCI doesn't actually contain the BP. When I call a live person, they tell me I am already checked in. As usual, El Al's Web/IT/Tech systems are unpredictable and unreliable.

Today - May 17 - went through the whole OLCI process (passport number, expiry, emergency contact info, select seat) - and then when you click to create the BP - the system gives a page with no Boarding Pass! Tada! Great going El Al. This is the umpteenth time this has happened.
I really want to meet the moron who is El Al's IT director and/or webmaster. What a yutz this guy/girl must be.
