Sun D'Or to BCN - What to Expect?

Flying on a Sun D'Or charter to BCN on the 26th - my first time. Booked it through Issta and it is an LY flight number. I fly LY a few times a year but this is my first time on a charter. Is it the same crew/service/seats/terminal/food as regular ElAl?

Sometimes you get one of the Sun dor airplanes (757) but you can also get the regular elal one.

The booking site (Issta) said it was a Sun d'Or flight in the footnotes when I was booking it, but that could be some legacy of their system. Strangely, the ticket restricts me to 5kg of hand luggage, which I don't understand.

So I ended up not taking my outbound flight - I had to stay in TLV for another day and they told me my ticket was not changeable at all so I'll end up buying a whole new ticket (my first time buying a charter flight and I end up getting punished for it). This morning, they called me to ask if I still intended to take the return flight. This was perplexing as I thought I lost the ticket since I didn't take the outbound. Is this even possible? Or is this some different rulebook because it's a charter?

Hi,

I'd be happy to look into it and get back to you. Could you please send me the flight details, either as a private message on here or as an email to the following address:
[email protected].

Best
