If you read my post above I was accepted to unipass because I tried to save time and go to the business class security line (45 min before flight to HKG on Y), I am an LY nobody. I guess they assumed I was flying C.

I did not have a sticker on my BP or PP. If I had done OLCI on other airline I could have gone straight to the gate.

Saying that I beleive it was the first day

He's promised (which I assume most of us were very glad so), to stop posting in this thread, let's see if he can resist;)

Incorrect, I posted that I ended my participation in the OT: CNN interview discussing ELAL/Israeli security thread.

This article sheds no new light on the fact that Israeli Arabs, including Druze and Bedouin, are second class citizens. If they were not, there would not be the need for this new procedure.

P.S. ELAL, sorry to bust your love fest. NOT!

I had a feeling you woudn't be able to resist, and you'll manage to find some loophole to re-enter this discussion.

I assume your problem wasn't with the word "CNN" are some other word mentioned in the title, it was with the subject being discussed, which has somehow (by somebody;)), linked to this thread.

By the way, after passing Unipass I did get the usual sticker on my passport, so maybe the official version is you can't use it on other airlines, but unofficially you can. Who knows.

So I passed through TLV again this week, got the sticker again and asked the security guy about it. He said that while the system is still in its pilot stage they put stickers as the Unipass machines can only be found in two check-in counters (109/110). Therefore I don't see a problem using it on other airlines as well.

I still think TLV security is fine the way it is. But this was an interesting article about TSA security:
