BA staff use easyJet partner shock horror!

From The Times (London), March 13, 2001:

BRITISH AIRWAYS put its electronic ticketing systems to the test last month by sending a team led by Simon Parks-Smith, head of business to business e-commerce, to Amsterdam. The trip made a gushing photo-spread in BA’s weekly newsletter. The time came for Parks-Smith to check in for the return flight. This, the picture clearly shows, was done at “one of Amsterdam’s easyEverything cafés, allowing him to choose his own seat”. These are owned by Stelios Haji-Ioannou, who runs BA’s low-cost rival easyJet.
