App downgrade

Any one else here who like me is unhappy with the recent app changes?

Great functionality is suddenly not there anymore. I need to manually enter my personal data each time checking in. That used to be automatic. The flight status has fewer details, no longer can I see where the plane is. Boarding passes are not stored anymore in the app.

And worst of it all, the user interface. The app is now the web version converted to my phone screen, where in the past it was a dedicated app. This makes bookings, searches and everything else a lot more fiddly and difficult.

Cost saving gone too far?

Yes, it's absolutely dreadful. And it also takes away the ability to book tickets to 'North West England', including both MAN and LPL, which was very useful.

(Also noticed that the EZY plus website is down, and didn't come back when it was meant to earlier this week.)

Strange one as Central Scotland still works and includes EDI and GLA.
