Hello Easyjet good bye Easyjet

Will never make the mistake to say to my assistant how bad can it be to fly Easyjet
This week I was on business trip had to go to barcelona my last meeting was near Luton so I told my assistant book my on Easyjet so I did have to cut my meeting short to get to LHR big mistake
Never flown on an LCC in Europe so she got me a pre select seat and payed for my bad she thought that is all just told me to make sure my BP was printed
She never thought I would have an issue with my carryon because is a Size any real airline would accept nothing big
When I get there gave my bad showed the agent my carryon nothing said when I got to the gate the agent tell my bag has to be checked why I ask is not cabin size guarantee I have flown with this bag over 1.2 million miles siince 2011 because I travel in real airlines never had an issue
She says full flight she tags my bag
But I said to my self i will try to get it on to my surprise the flight was not full and in my seat there was much empty space in luggage bin and like always fit perfect then the crazy agent comes on the plane and demans that my bag must go in the hold I expla to her that I had important documents and other things she said no I offerd to pay an extra seat for my bag anything she said no my bag went on the hold I wont fly with them ever will rather d
Walk or fly soviet era Aeroflot the fly Easyjet
Easyjet sucks big time

Since when does it "su**" when a carrier enforces the rules? You knew them, you broke them, you got caught.

I do, and that includes easyJet, the real airline that happens to be the UK's biggest real airline and Europe's second biggest real airline.
... and you have an assistant that does the booking ...
I don't, but if I did I wouldn't blame him/her for acting on imprecise instructions.
... and don't read the fine print ...
Who are you trying to blame now? It's not 'fine print'. Most passengers on this real airline seem to manage without your problems.
...anyway will never fly with them
Gosh, thanks. One fewer DYKWIA.

Punctuation. You bought those extra buttons with your keyboard. Better use them. Or enforce your assistant to use them for you. It makes the world a better place.

Anyway, easyJet is pretty good at distributing and enforcing their luggage rules. Read them, understand them and live up to them. It's that easy.
