easyjet seat allocation
Have just booked my first flight on easyjet since allocated seating came in - I paid Ł3 to choose my seat as I wanted to ensure an aisle seat (I was not worried about exit or forward seating and this seemed a small price to pay for the security of getting an aisle seat). If someone choses not to pay for a seat, how does the website allocate a seat, would it allocate the person to a centre seat, on the basis that no one (travelling alone) would ever pay for such a seat?

It seems to do it randomly! I booked a multiple stop itinerary wt them when they just introduced it....one flight i had a window, the other one an aisle and then the other one was a middle. it just kinda does it randomly...unless there are 2 ppl on the reservation and then it seats them together if i remember correctly.
