Easyjet Rome question

Easyjet Rome question
Hi Everyone
I will flying into Rome on an Alitalia domestic flight, and then have 3 hours before an Easyjet flight.
Does anyone know how long or how easy it is to get to another terminal? as i believe one arrives into T2 and the other departs from T3.
Never flown EJ before, and have paid for priority boarding and extra baggage, so hoping for everything to be quite smooth!

Just a heads-up -- Easyjet's online information about extra baggage costs can be a bit confusing (intentionally?)
Here's what happens to a simple 50.99 flight from Rome to London if you add in 2 suitcases containing a TOTAL of 41 kgs. and "speedy" boarding:
Rome Fiumicino to London Gatwick
* Dep 18 May 2011 10:55
* Arr 18 May 2011 12:30
* Flight 5254
* 1 Adult
* 1 x 50.99
Hold Baggage
Luggage
* 2 Cases
* 2 x 15.00
* 41kg total combined weight.
* Including 21kg excess weight
* 21 x 9.00
* Youre saving 30.00 by pre-booking compared to paying at the airport
Click to travel without luggage. Remember you can only take one item of hand baggage per passenger (measuring up to 56 x 45 x 25cm).

Hope this isn't too confusing, but many have been "burned" by EJ at the airport.

It's the excess weight that's a killer: 21 Kg x €9.00 = €189.00
Gotta pack a little lighter @:-)
