Student looking for Insight to Airport Experiences

Hello! We are undergraduate students studying at Savannah College of Art and Design. Our team is researching the experience disabled passengers have at airports. Based on our research so far we have come up with a few questions to help us better understand your experiences. If you have travelled by air in the last 2-3 years, please feel free to answer any or all of the questions below. We appreciate your help and thank you for your time!

Questions
  1. How often do you travel by air?
  2. Which airport would you normally travel from?
  3. How far in advance do you purchase your tickets?
  4. What is your primary form of travel to the airport?
  5. How early do you get to the airport and why?
  6. Do you require special assistance at the airport?
    1. What parts of the service were satisfying?
    2. What would you like to change about the service?
  7. What are your main concerns with air travel?
  8. Do you ever shop/dine at the airport?
    1. What parts of the service were satisfying?
    2. What would you like to change about the service?
  9. Have you faced any issues going through airport security?
  10. Do you travel with family or a personal caretaker?
  11. Have you faced any issues boarding flights?
  12. Do you ever use airport lounges?
