When I traveled with a ROHO, I always carried a patch kit.
You can also get patch kits that will do wherever there are bike shops.
Another option is to investigate some alternative (non-air) cushion for travel. I know this won't work for everyone, but it might be worth thinking about.
We are more vulnerable. If the wheelchair is busted, if the cushion goes flat, we're screwed. It's part of the risk we take when traveling.
