Ah, MREs. Bought some once, on a lark, from a military surplus store.

Not. Good.

If you define gastronomy as the study of big stomachs, then yes, Cinnabon is a contributor.

Far too rich for normal consumption for me, but there used to be a Cinnabon at the airport I work at, and I'd drop in occasionally. The Cinnabon girls got to know me by sight, and so they'd slather on the extra frosting when I'd order one. Mmm!

Once in a great while, or to share with someone. Too rich for my sensitive tummy. My thighs don't care for the after effects either. Although the smell of it is heavenly.

A cinnabon is just way too much dessert food for one sitting.

A minibon, however, is like dessert on crack, they are so addictive.

Y'know, whenever I did end up with a Cinnabon in hand, I never went up to the cafeteria with the intention of getting one. In fact, most of the time I went in there, it was decidedly with the idea to avoid anything like that.

But then they open their little ovens and that heavenly smell comes out.

Halfway through the actual bun (no minibons at this little airport kiosk one), I'd regret buying it--FAR too much, and honestly, the insides were usually a bit dry and disappointing--but, oh, that smell!

One Cinnabon pecan cinnamon roll has 1100 calories and 56g of fat.

More than two Big Macs.
