Baseball is really the only sporting event that i actually buy food in the stadium, football usually tailgate. I like dodger dogs, and I really like the Bratwurst in Milwaukee with the secret stadium sauce.

Dunno who the caterer is. But for as long as I can remember the bar in the members there has been a man who looks alot like a female version of Dennis Hopper, so must be the same caterers?? It's actually amazing the number of men who get their drinks and say, "Thanks love". Not sure how Dennis feels about it though.:D

You're an SCG/SFS Member? You and I must become friends ;)

As for more stadium food, Bluetongue have Eagleboys, and that's good, the downer is the price, I work for the Central Coast Mariners so I can't remember the last time I purchased food at that ground, although the sandwhiches we usually get given aren't fantastic.

Went to a Bucs game at Raymond James Stadium last year and had a BBQ chicken sandwich that was good and surprisingly not too overpriced.

Bit OT here but anyway. Sadly I'm only an SCG member, although that's more exclusive these days than SCG/SFS, the waiting list on the SCG is something ridiculous like 20 years. I got the membership on my twelfth birthday (1993) and had been on the waiting list from age 0. Of course you can just buy a combined SCG/SFS membership which I am looking at doing in the next couple of years when I get a spare $8k. No discounts for existing SCG members either:(. I've got a few friends who are members so I can usually get guested in to the SFS.

I have never had Eagleboys (doesn't go as far south as Sydney), but I have heard it's pretty decent, or at least better than Pizza Hut/Domino's. I think when I was much younger the SFS did pizzas, and they weren't too bad. It's pretty hard to stuff up a pizza...it's basically just cheese on toast.

Again, way OT here, but - had an Eagleboys pizza the other night (down Wollongong way). It is certainly better than Pizza Hut / Domino's. One thing I noticed was the base was a lot less oily than Domino's.

In Sydney, they've got an outlet in Newtown.

Citi Field (aka Shea2):
Good - Mama's of Corona. I prefer the turkey sandwich with gravy but most of the choices are good.
http://gallery.millerworks.net/photo...09_4q732-M.jpg
Bad - Kosher hot dog - took WAY too long to get cooked and served and wasn't all that great tasting
Ugly - Prices. It ain't cheap there at all.

Yankees Stadium:
Good - Sausages
Bad - Knish. Just bad. Soggy crust and not particularly tasty at all.
Ugly - Prices. Worse than Citi in most cases.

Eagleboys is amazing, their Bacon & Egg has actual Egg on it, huzzah. However, we get Dominos super cheap in my house (have their gold card) so we always go there, they're good, just not AS good.

I ordered Domino's the other night I haven't had a chain pizza in ages but I thought what the hell! Are there large pizzas ridiculously small these days, or did I get given a medium by mistake?

I have to agree with the assessment of Safeco field's Ichi-roll.

I also want to add that they had awesome treats they called Shishka-berries. It was chocolate-covered fruit on a stick. Yum!

Rogers Centre in Toronto has French Fried TO.DIE.FOR.

Cha Cha Bowl

I had Orlando Cepeda's Cha Cha Bowl at AT&T Park in San Francisco. It's quite good.

It's deceptively simple, 4 ingredients, rice, black beans, jerk pork (I think) and a zuchinni slaw of some sort, all topped with chipotle or BBQ sauce. Although at $9.75, it was pricey, but real good.

I'm a bit of a sucker for Domino's tom sauce...pepperoni on classic with extra sauce is my fave. But my last take away pizza back in April was a Pizza Hut visit - and it was horrible. I might try eagleboys next time, they're pretty genuine. And I like that in some places they do mini pizzas for bars etc.

I'm impressed with how this has become a coasties thread!

Eagles do some catering at some stadiums like Bluetongue. I learned yesterday that Dominos now have "stadium stores" in some places in Australia, I don't know what venues though.

Ben's Chili Bowl and Five Guys at Nats Stadium in DC. about the only reason to go this year.

I've been to only one baseball game- n which the local mariners were beat by oakland...

They had excellent garlic cheese fries though (that I think the local Costco's carry :p)
