I do enjoy the seaweed cracker mix quite a bit- reminds me I'll have to pick some up tomorrow :o

Dried squid is also quite tasty- The spicier the better-

...And Shrimp Chips :p

beckoa, have you tried heating dried squid under a flame? It softens before hardening again as it cools. Delicious with a dollop of mayo.

I like to eat some seaweed with rice. No cooking process involved, and I just eat the whole seaweed.

When I was a kid my brother and I used to eat all my mom's seaweed out of the cupboard so she started buying the unseasoned kind to get us to stop. It worked. Rice wrapped in seaweed is our family's standard traveling/picnic food.
