I love CFA, I have one within walking distance to my house. The highest compliment is that even when I travel and can expense my meal, I still eat there time to time. Of course, when I am in the Carolinas, I would make a stop at Bojangles over a CFA because of the biscuits and iced tea.

They are pretty tasty. I love both.
I really, really enjoy a chicken biscuit from Chik-Fil-A in the morning though. Yum! Of course eating one requires skipping lunch. They are quite filling. :p |

Only had 'em a couple of times, and it was good as far as chicken sandwiches go (bette than McD's or Wendy's) but not lick-yer-chops scrumptious. I'll have to try the #1 Deluxe Combo mentioned above next time I'm near one (which, unfortunately, isn't terribly often).
I, however, absolutely fell in love with an Australian chain with similar products called Red Rooster. Now THOSE are some good chicken burgers--moist, spicy, and crispy! After having driven through three days of desolate desert in the Outback, I came across one in Tennant Creek. I immediately ordered two sandwiches. Mmm, mmm! They're almost worth redeeming 140,000 AS miles to fly QF F to Oz just for one...but alas, since I have to go to work tomorrow, I'll just have to settle for a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich tonight (all this chicken talk is making me crave at least something chicken-y...) |
A new CFA location is opening near my workplace next month. To introduce themselves, they are bringing in free lunch and free coupons (for use after the new location opens up). Smart move.

Pretty much the only fast food I will eat on a regular basis. I get the fruit w/ the grilled sandwich. The honey mayo that comes with it is awesome. I like the way the company operates too.

IMHO, CFA consistently has the best sweet tea of a fast food chain. Arby's next in line, but I've had times where it was overly sweet - even for southern sweet tea! :p

We had one of these in the tiny food-court at my college and that ruined it for me for life. :D
I will say their little nuggets were good at the time though. |

I'm reviving this thread to post an item from today's Washington Post about people camping out at a Chick Fil A in Virginia in order to receive a year's worth of free food.
I'm not going to top the headline writer's "Free Bird!" so I appropriated it; or the reporter's description of these folks as "frequent fryers", so I stole that, too.
