Wow. Chick Fil A ripping pages from the airlines' playbook... :D

I think it was 500/550 and now both are 600 which is a silly increase.

Everything went up 50-100pts, the salads went from 1500 to 1800.

Soon we will see the point chart eliminated and instead have dynamic pricing, Spicy sandwich will range from 300 to 4500pts! :D

Peak is 9 AM on Saturdays. You can still get saver award sandwiches for 500 points but there may only be one available per region per day. Good luck getting two saver level sandwiches for a couple on the same day ;)

You'll have order one regular and one spicy sandwich. Chick Fil A sternly frowns upon trading sandwiches halfway through the meal.

Is it possible to buy one spicy and one regular, then upgrade the latter with points or cash? ;)

Made a purchase at MSP. Chick fila charges a 4.5% hospitality on all purchases. It is noted at bottom of receipt "This surcharge is not a gratuity payable directly to staff. "
I think this a theft by corporate managers.

Several MSP restaurants charge a hospitality fee. I noticed the signage about a year ago.

Can you decline it?

No, you can't decline it. It's auto-added, probably cannot be removed, and is likely a way for them to recoup some of the costs they have to pay due to fees charged to them for having an airport location. They get charged a lease and typically also pay a percentage of revenue to the airport authority.

Avoid the restaurants at MSP because it isn’t unique to one brand. Signage was posted in 2022 for the surcharge at multiple restaurants.

Seems dumb they wouldn’t just try and bake it into their pricing. These type of add-ons are pretty annoying when broken out.
