I think the normal chicken sandwich was 450 or 500 points. It’s now 600. The spicy chicken was 550 and is now also 600.

I noticed today. I picked up lunch on the way home from an appointment, and was shocked that a small milkshake was 700 points now!

I think it was 500/550 and now both are 600 which is a silly increase.
Everything went up 50-100pts, the salads went from 1500 to 1800. Soon we will see the point chart eliminated and instead have dynamic pricing, Spicy sandwich will range from 300 to 4500pts! :D |

Peak is 9 AM on Saturdays. You can still get saver award sandwiches for 500 points but there may only be one available per region per day. Good luck getting two saver level sandwiches for a couple on the same day ;)

You'll have order one regular and one spicy sandwich. Chick Fil A sternly frowns upon trading sandwiches halfway through the meal.

CHICK-fil-A Service charge
Made a purchase at MSP. Chick fila charges a 4.5% hospitality on all purchases. It is noted at bottom of receipt "This surcharge is not a gratuity payable directly to staff. "
I think this a theft by corporate managers. |
Several MSP restaurants charge a hospitality fee. I noticed the signage about a year ago.

I have never been to a Chick-fil-A. :o Avoid the restaurants at MSP because it isn’t unique to one brand. Signage was posted in 2022 for the surcharge at multiple restaurants. |

I'm a Chick-fil-A fan! With their mouth-watering chicken sandwiches, perfectly seasoned waffle fries, and refreshing drinks. Their commitment to providing exceptional customer service is also a standout feature that sets them apart from other fast food chains. Also, the new spicy chicken with pimento cheese is soooo delicious!
