My favorite is always the next one; especially if it is OPB (other peoples beer)...

My current favorite is O'Fallon 5 Day IPA. It's a local beer to St. Louis, with very limited distribution.

I also enjoy most of the New Belgium lineup, plus I agree with their ethics. That helps.

Not this bottle of Wolaver's Will Stevens' Pumpkin Ale that I'm drinking right now.

I love my craft brews (gotta love Wisconsin) but I could definitely go for a cold Yuengling right now.

I was in the midwest this summer and asked for Yuengling a couple of times and the way peoples faces lit up when I mentioned it was priceless. One bar in Kansas even said they would pay us whatever we want for a case if we came back with one

Now you guys know how we feel about not being able to get Fat Tire

I really like Cerveza Negra, which has less bitter taste to it. but that was before, I don't drink much now.

I like to try local micro brews or other local brands around the world.

For larger brands: Guinness, Sierra Nevada, Genesee Cream Ale.

And I can't forget: Cave Creek Chili Beer!

I'm trying to remember one I didn't like. Hmmmm....Nope. Maybe the first one, a warm Schlitz I stole out of my old mans liquor cabinet when I was 13.

Here in the UK - I'd prefer a decent bitter, Batham's is good or Landlord. Perhaps the odd pint of Mild to remind me of my misspent youth in Black Country pubs.

In Belgium, there's such a wonderful choice - something trappist in the winter like an Orval, Gueuze in the summer - but not a peche lambic in the Mort Subite unless I want to be called a tapette

In Germany, go with the local beer (except in Bankfurt where Binder is vile). Sion Kolsch is always welcome and Paulaner Dunkel in Munich.

In the Czech Republic - dark Budvar and dark Gambrinus rule.

In Australia - Crown Lager or Toohey's Old. Avoid the XXXX even in Brisvegas.

As for America, well, it's gotten a lot better. The wider availability of Shiner Bock, Fat Tire and Sam Adams are good things, but if pressed I'll enjoy a Rolling Rock.
Now, here we have a real connoisseur! My favorite would be the Orval.

Last week, Grolsch was my #1.
Having a beer with my FTer mate on his cruise ship, docked in Sydney Harbour, overlooking everything, from the deck, over lunch. ^
