It's an Amish/Mennonite run place serving typical Amish / Pennsylvania Dutch food. The food was really good and the place was sort of a day trip destination for folks looking for a taste of Amish country.

They sold their dressings to local stores, with the sweet and sour dressing being the most popular when I was growing up back in the 80's.

It's nothing special, and my tastes have changed, but for me, that dressing is nostalgic, I can't find it here in CA, and it reminds me of growing up in NE Ohio.

I love the Green Goddess dressing at Panera. It's great on their cobb salad. Sadly, it doesn't seem like this is one that is bottled. I did find a copycat recipe that I haven't tried.

I'll post it now and if anyone gets to it before I do, they can tell us how it is.

I love Annie's green goddess dressing. You can find it at most of the usual grocery chains.

I also love Brianna's asiago caesar dressing.
