My Aunt Minnie's lemon-orange cake
My grannie's carrot cake
Figs fresh off the tree
A potato that has baked for an hour double wrapped in foil in white-hot coals of a campfire in the wilderness

Fresh white truffles in Italy in the Fall..preferably grated over risotto or pasta. This is one of the best reasons to go to Italy in late October/November.
