I know I can make it myself as a hack, but anyone ever tried taking a McCrispy Chicken sandwich and added BBQ sauce? I think it tastes great.

Don't we have steak, eggs and cheese bagels here in Phoenix, AZ? Perhaps I can go get a breakfast at McDonald's. Don't they have it??

I don't believe steak is available everywhere (not that I have looked very hard). Sausage and bacon bagel sandwiches are definitely around.

If you download the McDonald's app and choose a McDonald's near you, you should be able to see that particular restaurant's current menu. And you might even get a discount if you place your order on the app, instead of in the restaurant.

I don't ever recall McDonalds giving out birthday rewards, but I did get a free Spicy McChicken this year

We do have two McDonald's restaurants on Saipan, one at a gas station I like to use, because of the free wi-fi. 🤠

I still haven't downloaded the app.

I think they have it in Chicago too. I am not even sure if they have steak eggs and cheese bagels. You could try to find some in your area. Just look it up and see if you can find it online.

Yes, I know how to use online on my iPhone. But I appreciate your help.

I tried it once, and it wasn't very good, at all. This was before McDs changed the fine print on the $1/$2 breakfast sandwich deal that they have in the app, because now it seems to limit it to the lower price point options, ie. standard egg mcmuffins and lower.

The "Samurai Mac" burger with soy sauce is pretty good. There is also a Teriyaki McBurger with sweet teriyaki sauce, a chicken sandwich with the same sauce, and a Shrimp Filet-O with a fried shrimp patty. And nori-seasoned fries (you throw the seasoning in a bag with the fries and shake it up).

Don't restict yourself to just items offered @ McDonald's (some of them are offered at the McDonald's HQ in River West Chicago).
Check out this keen thread from an English-language weblog describing what not merely McDonald's, but Burger King, and Wendy's, and several other Japanese fast food chains have.

My wife and I always make an effort in trying McDonalds while traveling. Once per foreign country.

Some of our favorites were in India with their McSpicy Paneer & Chicken Maharaja Mac.

Slightly related — the Economist has something called the “Big Mac Index.” They analyze how something identical (Big Mac) can be drastically different across borders. Not surprising, Switzerland is the highest with their Big Mac costing $7.99 with India being the lowest at $2.61 — maybe veg/chicken is cheaper?

They have their data on GitHub if you want to look at the numbers — including lots of historical data.

Tokyo is probably one of the best cities for high-end burgers too. I believe there was a thread on this in the Japan forum at one point. My favorites in this department include Aldebaran, Brozers, Blacows, Whoopi Goldburger, Oak Door at the Grand Hyatt, and the lobby lounge at the ANA Intercontinental.
