Besides Tabasco, I don't really see any food on the list that I eat on a regular basis!

And yet the list doesn't acknowledge this extraordinary breakthrough:

1958 - Instant (Ramen) Noodles. Invented by Momofuku Ando after years experimenting in a small shed-like building. Emerged with "Chikin Ramen" and went on to found Nissin.

I remember when Chicken Nuggets were introduced in 1977. It was the time that Star Wars opened, and there were lines around the theater. Everybody would walk over to McD and get the great "new" food.

Now, the thought of those greasy pieces of over-processed chicken product makes me want to hurl.

Well, ribs were available during the mid-Flintstones era.

Very interesting. I've always loved eggs regardless sunnyside, steamed, boiled, fried, or scrambled. Though I am clueless to the very first year when humans started consuming eggs as part of a regular diet.

Hi,
WOW! Chips In 1998 Frito-Lay, Inc. released its new product line WOW! Chips. This new product line consists of WOW! Lays, WOW! Ruffles, WOW! Tostitos, and WOW! Doritos. WOW! chips are meant to be a healthy alternative to ordinary potato chips and other snacks. The outlook was great for this new product.

I tried to read this post, but I was sprinting to the bathroom after eating a bag of WOW! chips.

Chicken and eggs are two of my favorite, but I don't know which came first.
