Macau recommendations?
Will be staying in Westin for 1 night. Any dining recommendation? I prefer authentic, not too snobbish restaurants.

We ate at a fish place at the end of the third island called Georgio's, or Gregorio's, or something like that. It only sat about 30, but the seafood was excellent. The taxi out to the restaurant gave a nice driving tour of the islands as well. Reasonably priced.

Portas do Sol at the Hotel Lisboa has a vey nice Dim Sum lunch but it can get packed and I cannot remember if they accept reservations. There is also more of a coffee shop-style restaurant Noite e Dia Caf that was good as well.

I'd be very careful on this one...

African chicken is the real deal. The coffee shop in the Casino Lisboa is very good. Also try the Macau Military Club for lunch; they have a buffet that is superb, supposedly. Although I do believe you have to book in advance.
Overall I think the food experience in Macau is excellent and unique.
