I asked Alun (of Merdeka) if he subscribed to "Roast Magazine" (specifically this article: http://www.roastmagazine.com/backiss...rofyear06.html) and his response was as below:
"Yeah, I am a subscriber. Pretty good magazine. Stumptown and Intelligentsia along with Allegro (which doesnt feature) and Boca Java (ditto) are by far and away the top roasters stateside. Funnyin a country so big, and with over 2500 roastersquality is pretty piss poor."
LOL...thought I'd share that with you...
