This thread convinced me to check for a US source of badoit, and while doing so I found this site...
http://www.finewaters.com/
Neat site with descriptions of tons of waters from all over...
That said, the recommended source for Badoit would be about $58 a case delivered to california. I like it, but not THAT much over the selection at my local market...

I order Badoit from www.aquamaestro.com. You have to order 2 cases at a time and shipping to CT brings it to $52/case.

Not a huge fan of Dasani or Aquafina. I don't mind tap water in my hometown (Fort Worth) but everywhere else (including my suburb) it tastes weird to me. Evian also often tastes off to me but its better than nothing.

I try to mix it up. I'm concerned that if I stick to 1 source, I'll be contaminated by high levels of organic chemicals, heavy metals, manganese (a lot of people don't even know what that is) or something else particular to that brand. Often, the choice is dependent more upon image than taste (same as vodka).
I avoid the tap in LA, but not when I'm visiting NYC.
I remember in Cambridge, MA seeing the source of a leading (but not posh) brand of spring water being pumped up from the middle of an industrial park.

I laughed so hard that I wasted some of my precious water, now nicely worn by my monitor.
