Thumbs up Baleen Miami

Hey everyone. I just enjoyed a very nice meal at the Baleen Miami on Grove Isle. I haven't seen this place reviewed on this forum before, so I'll add my two cents here. The best feature of this restaurant is the outdoor dining area. I was seated outside a little after 6pm. The ocean view/city view is very nice, and the fresh sea air is perfect. The service was prompt and the servers were very attentive. The food, while slightly steep pricewise, was excelent and well worth it. I bypassed an appetizer and, after eating slightly too much of the bread they serve, ordered the Seared Sushi Grade Tuna on a Crispy Rice Cake and Honey Wasabi. It was cooked to perfection...medium ...and the honey wasabi was very good (never tried that before). I ordered the fresh berries for desert (health conscience as always ). The sweet sauce drizzled over the berries was quite good...tasted like cheesecake. Overall this was an excelent dinner with an amazing setting.
