Restaurants to patronize- worldwide

Would seem entirely logical to me that if we had a thread about which to "avoid", we should have one about which restaurants to patronize.

So, whether in an airport or not, what restaurants would you recommend to even the person whom you most highly respect?

Me? The Hitching Post
Two locations: Casmalia and Buellton, CA
Buellton about a 30 minute drive from Santa Barbara and Casmalia about a 50 minute drive.
Absolutely fabulous steaks bbq-ed over an open pit exactly to your liking. Quite honestly, the finest steaks I've ever had the pleasure of dining on... and I love my steaks. Also choose from one or two nightly fish dishes (generally tuna or swordfish), and Ostrich... which to me, is even better than a good filet.

I think most of the threads in this forum cover this very subject.

I'm sorry, I must be missing it. Could you point me in the right direction?
