Nadi Fiji Restaurants/Private Driver

I will be staying at the Sheraton in nadi fiji for 2 nights in June on my way to Australia.

Can anyone recomend some good restaurants to try out? Also what about a private driver to give me a tour of the area?

Thanks.

We ate very well at the Sheraton. After being on a remote island for a few days we were just glad to have chicken that was refridgerated. I bet the Sheraton could arrange a driver for you. Enjoy your time there! If you get desperate you can always eat at McDonalds!!
I found this suggestion on another site:
Vilisite's is the first Fijian owned restaurant in the country and has a great relaxed atmosphere. You eat on the deck facing the ocean in a quiet area of the Coral Coast. A three course meal starts at about F$20.

Which Sheraton are you at? They are all on the same beach, but I like the Royal Denarau best, the former Regent of Fiji. There's a nice waterside Steakhouse that's great for sunsets & good kokoda. There used to be a real upscale one, 'Gardens,' or something, but I don't think that's there anymore.

Rosie Tours are a great local operator & they can provide a car & driver:

Do try & drive down along the Coral Coast - it's a shame you can't get out to any of the private island resorts - they are so incredible! The jetboats (although nothing like Queenstown) are fun & out on Denarau - have fun relaxing at the swim-up bar!!
