I know there are several good breakfast restaurants in Key West--does anyone have specific reviews on any of them?

Breakfast at Blue Heaven is very good. But watch out for the chickens.

Really. There are live chickens running around the yard, even more than on the rest of the island.

One morning my then-girlfriend and I were seated outside when a rooster went from the tree limb above us, to her head, to the ground.

Very much an "only on Cayo Hueso" moment.

Try Camilles on Truman (they've moved it used to be on Duval), great breakfasts especially the pancakes and also the best key lime pie I have ever tasted

I don't know about best food, but the best time I had in a restaurant down there was at Margaritaville the week it opened. Jimmy Buffet played a few times and the scene was more lively than you could imagine. I'm sure I must have had a Cheeseburger in Paradise, but I don't really remember. I've also had great times at Papa's, but not necessarily great food.
