Any restaurant recommendations for Cancun?

Not everyone is a grizzled world traveler. If a trip to Cancun and a couple of side trips further afield is what I need to do to get the Missus comfortable with a later trip to Oaxaca or Merida or one of the destinations the cool kids like HomerJ would approve of, then it's worthwhile.
