Dinner with client in San Diego

I will be attending a conference in San Diego towards the end of March and discovered that one of my clients will be there. He has suggested getting together for dinner and has asked me for suggestion on where to go. Unfortunately, I am not that familiar with San Diego so am turning to the board for help. Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant (doesn't have to be top-notch, but definitely someplace worthy of taking a client to dinner) in the Downtown San Diego and/or Harbor Island area?

Bertrand

You can try Bertrand at Mister A's. This place is located just north of downtown but definitely worth it. The web site is below.

Anthony's on Harbor Drive is very nice, and on the water. There is also a Ruth's Chris on Harbor. If you go into the Gaslamp area there are dozens of restaurants with great atmosphere.
