Hello,
I was wondering if you guys had any recs about Chinese restaurants in either Beijing or Shanghai. I will be traveling there in March. I am impartial to what style of Chinese cuisine it is. In addition I am also curious about the price of dishes are these restaurants especially the seafood. Thank you in advance.

Great place to visit in Shanghai. They started out a bit more than 10 years ago when I first dined there in the food street near the Bund. They have many subsidiaries now. If you can call it that. At some point in time they became even caterers to Dragon Air (don't know if that's still the case). Check out their branch in Hongqiao. There's another branch just next to the Ritz-Carlton former Portman Hotel. Great place. Mid priced. Great seafood and the best duck tongues!
